2. Description of Service

Linxle provides a QR code generation and management platform that allows users to:

• Create static and dynamic QR codes
• Customize QR code appearance
• Track QR code analytics (Pro users)
• Create and manage vCard Plus digital business cards
• Access virtual business card studio (Pro users)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited marketing
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

For paid subscriptions:

• All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Linxle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including QR codes and vCards. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linxle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
